In this neo-noir psychological crime thriller, Sydney police detective Agatha Ducatti is investigating a disturbing series of disappearances where all of the victims are women – most are never found, and the ones who are have lost their memory.
When the key suspect’s description matches that of a sinister man in Agatha’s nightmares, it’s as if he’s stepped straight out of her head. Worse still, it soon becomes clear that it’s Agatha herself who’s now in his sights.
She remains, however, determined to solve the case despite all of this – and despite the fact that one of her worst fears, a long-held irrational dread of losing her memory, seemingly matches the fate of the victims.
